Many Hemp products for dogs provide the very minimum necessary to qualify as a Hemp-based product: they use Hemp Seed Oil. Hemp Seed Oil is terrific as a carrier oil, providing a shelf-stable medium for the other ingredients. But it has no CBD or other cannabinoids. It also lacks flavonoids, terpenes and other potentially therapeutic compounds.
