Return & Refund Policy
At Canine CBD Therapy, we care deeply about pets and the people who love them. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident when ordering from us.
Returns
Due to the nature of consumable pet wellness products, we can only accept returns for unopened and unused items.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return before shipping any items back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will work quickly to make things right.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our standard return policy.
Pet Safety Disclaimer
Every pet responds differently to CBD and wellness products. We recommend consulting your veterinarian before introducing new supplements into your pet’s routine, especially if your pet has existing medical conditions or is taking medications.
